PROCESS ENGINEER:

1. Review of process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping & instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs), valve matrices, sequences for Process vessels interconnection & transfer lines.
2. Support the design, specification and qualification of process and utilities equipments for BioPharma / Pharma or Plasma Fractionation facilities.
3. Review process design & engineering to meet technical, cGMP & regulatory expectations.
4. Create project specifications including Equipment Data-sheets and URS’s.
5. Support in calculation of plant capacity sizing, mass flow balance, utility systems and occupancy matrix for individual process equipment.
6. Perform hydraulic calculations and pump sizing. Perform heat exchanger sizing.
7. Liaise with OEM /Suppliers to ensure correct specification of equipment & utilities.
8. Specify requirements for utilities and support services; create Room Data-sheets to support manufacturing operations.
9. Review Functional Specification for automated process operations; create automation matrices, description of process alarms and interlocks.
10. Support construction activities at client sites; perform site walk-downs in support of mechanical completion.
11. Create commissioning & qualification (C&Q) protocols, execution reports. Support closure of discrepancies created during protocol execution.
12. Perform or support execution of C&Q protocols for process/CIP and utility systems, clean rooms and facilities.
13. Perform safety risk assessments and HAZOP studies and Perform other activities related to plant start-up.
14. Perform gap analysis against specific objective and quality risk assessment for existing design or existing facility.
15. Review and execute C&Q protocols for process and utility systems.
16. Perform all qualification activities (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ and PQ ) for automated systems (integrated with process vessels and other biprocess equipments).
17. Perform and support safety analysis, prepare sizing criteria and perform sizing of pressure relieving devices.

1. Experience in handling the manufacturing operations in sterile facility
2. Hands on experience in day-to-day batch manufacturing as per cGMP norms.
3. Experience in Validation & Qualifications of Process vessels, CIP-SIP skid, TFF system, Chromatography system, Autoclave etc.
4. Hands on experience on TFF System, Chromatography System, Centrifuge, Filter Press Etc.
5. Experience in Handling Change controls, Deviation, CAPAs. & Investigations.
6. Experience in preparation of MFR, BMR, SOP's, and Validation Protocols.
7. Experience in installation & commissioning of process equipment.

Fill Finish

1. Experience in handling the filling operations and manufacturing the batch under cGMP.
2. Experience in Validation & Qualifications of Vial filling line , Packing line , Autoclave, Lyophilizer, VHP etc.
3. Experience in Process Validation and Media Fill Study.
4. Experience in handling vial filling line, vial washing machine , tunnel , Lyophilizer, VHP, Autoclave, CIP-SIP skid Etc.
5. Experience in Handling Change controls, Deviation, CAPAs. & Investigations.
6. Experience in preparation of MFR, BMR, SOP's, and Validation Protocols.

Role Description:

We are seeking an organized and experienced purchasing executive / officer to join the purchase team. This position will research and negotiate the best price and quality for our supply / material needs and project requirements. The person needs to establish relationships and serve as a representative of the company when negotiating contracts and building vendor and supplier trust as well as track and monitor the delivery and confirmation of all materials and supplies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Working closely with the users / departments for understanding the supply, material, service requirements.
2. Conducting product research and evaluate potential vendors / suppliers as per the SOP.
3. Getting the quotes, negotiation, and comparison of the prices
4. Releasing the purchase order / service order in SAP following the approval Matrix.
5. Purchasing or contracting supplies, services, and equipment based on the company’s current budget and ensure all the purchases are done within budget limits set by the company.
6. Sourcing materials, goods, products, and services and negotiating the best or most cost-effective contracts and deals.
7. Identify and implement ways to continually improve procurement processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness in both purchasing and user department.
8. Regular inspection of supplies, services, and equipment to make sure these confirm with the company and user specifications.
9. Create and maintain good relationships with vendors and suppliers.
10. Should maintain the proper and up to date documentations and records.
11. Track incoming inventory, delivery arrival time, and note actual arrival time.
12. Organize and update database of suppliers, delivery times, invoices, and quantity of supplies
13. Work with team members, supervisors, and purchasing manager to develop future purchasing plans and source potential relationships with vendors.
14. Conduct regular update of any current developments in purchasing new products, prices, and market conditions; and reviewing all procurement documents and ensure consistency, accountability, and transparency in all procurement procedures.
15. Collaborate with financial team members on contracts, invoicing, and other financial matters.

Qualifications and Pre-requisites:

1. Bachelor’s Degree – B. Tech, Pharma and Related field preferred.
2. Good knowledge and understanding of purchasing processes, policy, and systems.
3. 1-3 years previous experience of purchasing / procurement function.
4. Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel). SAP B1/R3 would be an added advantage.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to negotiate, establish, and process contracts.
6. Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
7. Accurate and precise attention to detail.
8. Able to make decisions in a fast-paced environment.
